- Applying is easy using our Online Application. Parents can track the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
- A non-refundable fee of $200 must be submitted with the application. This includes the assessment fee for one student. Additional assessment fee is $50 per applicant from the same family.
- To begin the Online Application, please Create an Account.
- Once created, log in to your account and create a New Student Application for your child(ren). You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. You will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
- After your application is reviewed and all required application documents are submitted, you will receive notification from the School Registrar to schedule an admissions assessment for your child (ren).
ADMISSIONS ASSESSMENT:
Students are tested prior to admission. Early Childhood students take an assessment which assesses a child’s gross motor, fine motor, language capability, ability to take direction, and conceptual skills. PreK 4 – 8th grade students are screened for reading, math, and complete a writing sample.
After the assessment is completed, you will be notified regarding admissions status.
Age Requirements:
Pre-K 3 – 3 years of age on or before September 1
Pre-K 4 – 4 years of age on or before September 1
Kindergarten – 5 years of age on or before September 1
1st Grade – 6 years of age on or before September 1
2nd – 8th Grade – successful completion of the previous grade

- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
- Teacher Recommendation form (email address to form)
- Complete Immunization Record with doctor signature (required by the State of Texas)
- Release of School Records (can be printed from application and submitted to current school)
